You shall not:

Make Services available to anyone other than yourself.
Sell, resell, rent, or lease Services.
Use Services to store or transmit infringing material or material violating copyright/trademark/privacy rights.
Use Services to store/transmit malicious code such as viruses or worms.
Interfere with performance/integrity of Services or third-party data contained therein.
Attempt unauthorized access to Services/systems/networks.
Induce/hire/solicit Luminosity Solar employees/contractors during this Agreement’s term + 12 months after its end.

Usage Limitations

Services may have limitations (e.g., limits on support messages). Any such limitations will be communicated via email.

Communications from Us

The Service may include communications like service announcements or newsletters. Optional communications like newsletters can be opted out; however, service announcements cannot.

Responsibility for Content

Luminosity Solar disclaims responsibility for harmful content transmitted through its services. Users are responsible for taking precautions against malicious software/content.

Copyrights & Trademarks

All intellectual property rights remain with Luminosity Solar unless explicitly stated otherwise. You are granted no rights/license beyond those outlined in this Agreement.

Changes & Termination

Luminosity Solar reserves rights to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Termination can occur at any time by either party; however, certain provisions (e.g., indemnity) survive termination.
